Unless expressly authorized, the following are strictly prohibited:

- rental;
- lending;
- public communication;
- rebroadcasting;
- recording;
- or any other form of exploitation of the content broadcast by Total Groove Radio.
Musical content, radio shows, mixes, audio productions, and radio streams remain the exclusive property of their respective authors, composers, performers, producers, and rights holders.
It is also strictly prohibited to use, directly or indirectly, any content broadcast by Total Groove Radio for:
- artificial intelligence systems;
- AI model training;
- text and data mining;
- automated extraction;
- or any automated analysis or reproduction technology.
Total Groove Radio complies with all applicable regulations relating to music rights and collective management organizations.
In the event of any discrepancy between the different language versions of this legal notice, the Spanish version shall prevail legally.
